Debtor and Consumer Insolvency Advice

Are you tormented by the question: "What am I doing with my debts?"

In Germany, around 3.2 million households are over-indebted, almost half of which are families with children.

Over-indebtedness is when, despite a reduction in living standards, monthly income is no longer sufficient to pay the cost of living and the bills, instalments and liabilities that are due.

Over-indebtedness is an extraordinary burden for the whole family. It would be wrong to simply resign, to set aside reminders and to let things run their course. Instead, you should ask for advice and support to those who can really help in this situation: debtor advice centres.
