Community of heirs

If a deceased person has been inherited by several persons, then the law does not assign different objects to each individual. All heirs, with their share of the deceased's assets, are involved in the totality of the assets. The estate is jointly available to the heirs. No co-heritage can have an item alone. The participation of all heirs is always necessary. All heirs together form the so-called community of heirs.

Inheritance dispute
If the estate is to be divided up, the heirs must agree on the division. If no agreement is reached, this must be clarified in the construction dispute. In doing so, the estate items or their proceeds are distributed among the co-heirs in such a way that each person receives as much as his or her share in the community of heirs.
