Apply for a minimum part certificate as sole inheritance

A sole heir attests to the right of inheritance of a single person who has been appointed by the testator in his will as the sole or universal heir or who, within the framework of the legal succession, takes over the legal succession after the testator as the sole heir.

A minimum share certificate can be applied for if not all heirs have yet been determined, as they have yet to be determined, e.B. but it is clear at what quota an heir is at least involved in the estate. The minimum part certificate then only shows the inheritance quota that would be attributable to the applicant for the certificate of inheritance if there are actually still heirs in the still unexplained line or the still unexplained tribe.
