Which place to enter?

The location is used to determine the responsible office for the selected administrative service. In most cases you can enter your place of residence to find the competent authority. However, there are also cases in which a different location must be specified. Here are some examples:

Birth certificateYou want to get married and need a birth certificate. You live in Hanover, but you were born in Celle. You must therefore state your place of birth, i.e. Celle.

Business registrationYou would like to register a business in Braunschweig. Your place of residence is Hanover. You must therefore state the location of your future business, i.e. Braunschweig.

Apply for a building permitYou would like to build a house in Wunstorf and therefore apply for a building permit. Her place of residence is currently Hanover. You must indicate the place where the house is to be built. In this case it is Wunstorf.

Promotion of agricultural products and foodstuffs with specific quality characteristics

The aim of the funding measure is to contribute to the promotion of sales by supporting communication projects and thus to strengthen economic activity in the agricultural sector in Lower Saxony and to increase its added value. In particular, the aim is to bring consumers closer to quality-related characteristics of agricultural products and their production methods, thereby taking account of changing consumer awareness of the demand for agricultural and quality products.

Requirements

  • Project must be in the public interest and demonstrate that it contributes to improving the sale of agricultural and quality products
  • requested projects must be implemented in the state of Lower Saxony, the inclusion of neighbouring parts of other federal states or member states is permitted

The following may be eligible beneficiaries:

  • Associations of producers recognised as producer organisations and associations of producer organisations under agricultural market structural legislation
  • groups of at least five producers and their associations producing quality products as referred to in Article 16(1)(a)(i) and (ii) of Regulation (EU) No 1305/2013, provided that they do not fulfil the conditions for recognition under agricultural market structural legislation.
  • Other groupings with at least ten members meeting the criteria set out in the Annex to the Directive.
  • Undertakings involved in the processing and marketing of agricultural products established or established in Lower Saxony which have contractually agreed on a cooperation project with a merger in accordance with the above indents or with at least three individual producers.
  • Trade associations of Lower Saxony's economy or their institutions, insofar as projects under points 2.1.1 to 2.1.4 of the Directive or of a cross-sectoral nature are concerned.

What are the fees?

There are fees for a possible revocation / reclaim notice.

Process flow

Funding is granted upon application. There is no entitlement to funding. The decisive factors are, on the one hand, the fulfilment of the eligibility requirements and, on the other hand, the quality of the project applied for. In the further procedure, interim and usage certificates must be submitted. An on-the-spot check may be carried out as part of the audit. On-site appointments by additional testing authorities may be added.
