Permission for the commercial display of persons
Displays of people are events in which the physical appearance of the persons on display is in the foreground. The performances they perform (e.g. vocal performances or theatrical performances) are in the background. This term mainly covers events which:
- display the sexual stimuli of the persons concerned, or
- to satisfy the sensationalism of the audience.
Examples: Striptease or Tabledance
Permission is required for commercial displays of persons. These can be obtained by natural and legal persons. Need permission
- the organiser of the exhibition, and
- Persons who make their business premises available for the screening.
The permission for the display does not replace other permissions.
Hint: Performances with predominantly artistic, acrobatic, sporting or similar character are exempt from the permit requirement.
Who should I contact?
The responsibility lies with the municipality, the Joint Community and the city.
This procedure can also be carried out through a "Point of Single Contact". The "Point of Single Contact" is a special service offered by municipalities and the state for service providers.
