The establishment of the civil partnership is certified with a civil partnership certificate . Special conditions apply to the certification of civil partnerships established abroad .

Fee: 25,00 EURPayment in advance: noIf the partnership is established with a body other than the body responsible for the notification, this fee is payable additionally.
Fee: 80,00 EURPayment in advance: noEstablishment of the partnership outside the normal opening hours of the competent authority, except in the case of life-threatening illness of a declarant
