Which place to enter?

Which documents are required?

Access to the files is possible if the authorization is substantiated by written proof of ownership, e.g. in the form of a current extract from the land register, a purchase contract, a certificate of inheritance or a property tax assessment notice.

In the case of inspection by third parties, a declaration of consent from the owner or the person authorized to dispose of the property must also be submitted.

What are the fees?

The inspection of files is generally subject to a fee.
