Legal aid: granting
Every citizen is entitled to help in asserting their rights. Anyone who cannot afford the necessary financial resources for personal and economic reasons can apply for legal aid and legal aid.

Process flow
If the application has been approved by the legal application office and the matter cannot be dealt with directly by the local court, a certificate of entitlement to legal advice assistance will be issued, which can be used to consult a lawyer.
If a lawyer is consulted first, the lawyer can also subsequently apply to the local court for approval of legal advice assistance.
