Certificate of eligibility
Candidates who wish to stand for election must prove when submitting the nomination that they meet the requirements for the "right to stand for election" (i.e. that they are eligible for election and that there are no grounds for exclusion).
A certificate of eligibility shall be issued by the competent authority.
