Safety on the way to school
Safety on the way to school is best achieved in cooperation between administration, police, politics, schools and parents. On the basis of collected data (accident type map of the police, buildings, traffic volume, etc.) and experience, suitable measures, for which other offices (e.g. planning office, civil engineering office) may be responsible, can be selected and implemented.
School route plans, in which hazards are reduced, and danger points, which may be places of deployment for school route pilots, are entered, facilitate the choice of the appropriate route, which should be practiced early with beginners. In addition, the safe way to school is an integral part of teaching at school.
Who should I contact?
The responsibility lies with the district, the district-free city, the municipality, the joint municipality and the city in whose area the road is located.
