Which place to enter?

Requirements

Prerequisites for felling or pruning may be

  • the tree is diseased and has largely lost its ecological functions
  • further maintenance represents an unreasonable expense for the owner.
  • there is a danger to people or property

Which documents are required?

Ask the responsible office which documents you need to submit.

As a rule, the exact location and details of the tree itself (species, size of tree) must be included.

Process flow

  • As a rule, the application must be submitted in writing to the responsible office.
  • After the application has been submitted, an on-site inspection may be carried out
  • You will receive written approval

What deadlines do I have to pay attention to?

The pruning or felling of trees may only take place after the permit has been issued.
