As a rule, anyone planning a public event must notify the authorities in writing at least one week before the event.
Who should I contact?
Responsibility lies with the municipality, the joint municipality and the town in whose district the event is planned.
Which documents are required?
The notification must contain the following information:
- Type, place and time of the event
- Number of participants to be admitted
What are the fees?
The issuing of a notice or permit is subject to a fee. Due to the large number of options, these vary from case to case.
What deadlines do I have to pay attention to?
Notification Period: 4 Weeksbefore the event takes place (latest date)
