Applying for the issue of a monument certificate
The cultural monuments protected under the Monument Protection Act are recorded in a list of cultural monuments.
If you would like to receive information about a monument, you must apply to the State Office for the Preservation of Monuments. If it is a movable monument or an accessory to a monument, you must prove that you are authorized to receive the information. You must either be the owner, an authorized representative or a person entitled in rem. In the case of historical monuments and architectural and ground monuments, all applicants can obtain information.
After checking any necessary documents and evidence, you will receive the requested information from the State Office for the Preservation of Monuments. In certain cases, information may be refused.
