Broadcasting fee in the private sector
The broadcasting fee replaced the broadcasting fee on 01.01.2013. It is levied in the private sector per apartment. It is independent of the type and number of radio sets. The rule is: one apartment – one contribution.
The broadcasting fee covers all radios, smartphones and computers within the apartment as well as the private cars of all residents. If a resident pays the broadcasting fee, the contribution obligation of all persons living in the apartment is covered.
If you have a second home, you must pay an additional broadcasting fee. The changeover to the broadcasting fee takes place automatically, as long as you do not provide any other information.
Persons of legal age are liable to pay contributions in the private sector.
