Water law permit for structural installations on water bodies: Granting
A water permit is required for the construction, modification or removal of structures and buildings on, in, under or above surface waters and in the shore area. This only applies to structural installations that do not require any other official approval (e.g. building or mining permit).
Authorisation may be granted subject to conditions and conditions.
Approval will not be granted if the project significantly impairs the water or natural balance, the landscape or other interests of the general welfare.
No permit under water law is required for installations that serve the use, maintenance or expansion of the water subject to authorisation.

In the case of installations requiring a building permit, a building permit is required. In the case of installations subject to mining supervision, to the State Office for Mining, Energy and Geology. They shall decide in agreement with the competent authority.
