Process flow
You can apply for the transfer of a right of use of a grave site to the competent municipality in which the cemetery is located:
- First, you submit your application and the required documents.
- If necessary, you will be asked to follow up on missing documents.
- The competent authority shall examine the conditions for the transfer of the right of use.
If the right of use is transferable to you, you will receive the notification and a certificate of award from the competent authority.
