The location is used to determine the responsible office for the selected administrative service. In most cases you can enter your place of residence to find the competent authority. However, there are also cases in which a different location must be specified. Here are some examples:

Birth certificateYou want to get married and need a birth certificate. You live in Hanover, but you were born in Celle. You must therefore state your place of birth, i.e. Celle.

Business registrationYou would like to register a business in Braunschweig. Your place of residence is Hanover. You must therefore state the location of your future business, i.e. Braunschweig.

Apply for a building permitYou would like to build a house in Wunstorf and therefore apply for a building permit. Her place of residence is currently Hanover. You must indicate the place where the house is to be built. In this case it is Wunstorf.

Continuing Education Centre for Health Professions in Nursing Admission

The operation of a further training centre for health care professions must be applied for at the competent authority.

The responsibility lies with the nursing chamber.

The respective training is managed full-time by a person who:
1. is entitled to use the associated continuing education designation, or
2. has another appropriate professional qualification, and
3. has a pedagogical qualification.
The training centre has a sufficient number of teachers
The training centre has the necessary rooms and other material resources, in particular teaching and learning materials.
The training centre proves its cooperation with a sufficient number of institutions that are suitable for the internships.
1. are available and meet the technical requirements, and
2. ensure the instructions in accordance with § 3 paragraph 6 sentence 1.

Head of Continuing Education
1. Proof of entitlement to use the continuing education designation belonging to the continuing education
2. Proof of professional qualification
3. Proof of pedagogical qualification
Proof of sufficient number of teachers
Proof of the required rooms and other material resources
Proof of a sufficient number of institutions cooperating with for traineeships

Fees are charged in accordance with the scale of fees of the competent authority in accordance with No. 14.
