The death of a person must be reported to the competent authority in whose area of responsibility he has died.

Notifiers

The following order of age is required to indicate a death:

1. any person who has lived with the deceased in a domestic community,
2. the person in whose home the death occurred,
3. any person who was present at the time of death or who is informed of the death of his or her own knowledge.
