European Lawyer/European Lawyer Admission for shorter work
Anyone who has been able to prove that he has worked effectively and regularly in Germany for at least three years as a resident European lawyer,' but has only worked for a shorter period of time in German law, will be admitted to the bar in accordance with the provisions of Sections 6 to 36 of the Federal Lawyers' Code (BRAO).
Responsibility lies with the Bar Association.
This procedure can also be handled by a "Single Contact Person". The "Single Contact Person" is a special service offered by the municipalities and the country for service providers.
- Proof that the ability to continue to carry out the activity is provided by the submission of case lists (proof of the number and nature of cases dealt with under German law) and in a discussion
- Case list pursuant to Section 14, 12 Law on the Activities of European Lawyers in Germany (EuRAG) with information on file number, subject matter, period, nature and scope of the activity, state of play of cases dealt with by the applicant in German law
- Proof of professional inertial insurance

There are no deadlines to be observed.
