Apply for support from an integration service for a person with disabilities

In certain cases, rehabilitation providers may commission integration services to carry out benefits for participation in working life.

The Integration Specialist Service will help you to find a new job or to secure your existing employment relationship if the responsible rehabilitation provider has commissioned it accordingly.

If your employment agency is the responsible rehabilitation provider, it also covers the costs incurred by commissioning the integration specialist service.

The integration specialist service supports and accompanies you individually during the placement. This includes, inter alia, that he

  • develops professional goals that can be achieved with you and supports you in your search for a suitable job,
  • procures a suitable workplace for you and prepares you for the workplace,
  • Supports and accompanies you during the training period.

The Integration Specialist Service will support you with career support in the event of problems at the workplace. This includes, for example,

  • on-the-job support and training,
  • advice if the organisation of work or working conditions in your company change, or
  • consultation or negotiation with various levels of the company.

There is a nationwide network of integration specialist services. At least one such service is available in each district of an employment agency.
