Advanced training event for the acquisition of expertise according to the Chemicals Ozone Layer Ordinance: Recognition
Anyone who wants to carry out certain work on facilities or devices containing ozone-depleting substances must meet personal requirements for certain work in accordance with § 5 paragraph 1 of the Chemicals Ozone Layer Ordinance (ChemOzonSchichtV). The required expertise is proven, among other things, by participating in a training event.
This training event must be recognised by the competent authority.
Who should I contact?
The responsibility lies with the State Trade Inspectorate of Celle.
This procedure can also be handled through a "point of single contact". The "Point of Single Contact" is a special service offered by the municipalities and the state for service providers.
A training event to be recognised must impart the knowledge required for the respective area of responsibility. This includes knowledge of
- Plant engineering,
- the relevant regulations, directives and generally accepted rules of technology, and
- the essential properties of the substances and preparations/mixtures concerned and the hazards associated with their use.

No documents are required.
What are the fees?
Fees are charged in accordance with Annex 1 to § 1 paragraph 1 General Fee Schedule of the State of Lower Saxony (AllGO) in accordance with No. 21.6.1.
