The Single Point of Contact (SPOC) supports you with all formalities related to your service activities. Upon request, it guides you through the entire process, showing you how and where to handle formalities efficiently and forwarding all necessary documents to the relevant authorities on your behalf.
Please note that the SPOC's information service does not include legal advice, and the responsibilities of the authorities involved in administrative procedures remain unchanged. Acting as an intermediary, the SPOC assists you in completing forms, submits applications and documents to the appropriate offices, and keeps you informed about follow-up questions, interim results, and certifications. If a procedure can be completed digitally and you prefer this method, the SPOC also provides guidance on electronic application processes.
