Business legitimation card issuance
The business legitimation card is a certificate for commercial activity abroad.
For persons domiciled in Germany or abroad who wish to do business abroad for a company based in the area of application of the Industrial Code, a business legitimation card can be issued upon request.
Who should I contact?
The responsibility lies with the district, the district-free city, the large independent city and the independent municipality.
This procedure can also be carried out through a "Point of Single Contact". The "Point of Single Contact" is a special service offered by municipalities and the state for service providers.
Which documents are required?
- If applicable, identity card or passport
- If applicable, extract from the commercial register, register of associations or cooperative register
- If applicable, craftsman's card
- if applicable, proof of fairground liability insurance
What are the fees?
Fees are charged in accordance with Annex 1 to § 1 paragraph 1 of the General Schedule of Fees of the State of Lower Saxony (AllGO) in accordance with No. 40.1.22.4.
