Testing and certification bodies according to § 5 paragraph 3 of the Chemicals Climate Protection Ordinance Recognition
For certain work on e.g. refrigeration or air conditioning systems, certificates of competence are required for the personnel carrying out the work. These certificates are issued after passing the exam. Companies wishing to carry out tests or issue certificates must be recognised by the competent authority.
Process flow
Submit an application to the competent authority. The latter will ask them to submit the required documents.
Who should I contact?
The responsibility lies with the State Trade Inspectorate Celle.
This procedure can also be handled by a "Point of Single Contact". The "Point of Single Contact" is a special service offered by the municipalities and the state for service providers.
Requirements
They have appropriate resources, materials and personnel to carry out training events, conduct examinations and issue certificates.
Which documents are required?
No documents are required.
What are the fees?
Fees are charged in accordance with Annex 1 to § 1 paragraph 1 of the General Fee Schedule of the State of Lower Saxony (AllGO) in accordance with No. 21.6.1.
The costs depend on the time spent, but at least € 300.
What deadlines do I have to pay attention to?
There are no deadlines to be observed.
