Acceptance of character tests Notification of abolition of admission requirements

If the admission requirements for the acceptance of character tests are no longer met, this must be reported to the competent authority in accordance with Section 13 (3) sentence 3 of the Lower Saxony Law on the Keeping of Dogs (NHundG).

Who should I contact?

The responsibility lies with the Lower Saxony Ministry of Food, Agriculture and Consumer Protection.

This procedure can also be handled by a "Point of Single Contact". The "Point of Single Contact" is a special service offered by the municipalities and the state for service providers.
