Exceptions to the prescribed minimum inspection period of the auctioned goods in the auctioneering industry Approval
The auctioneer must provide the opportunity to inspect the auctioned item for a period of at least 2 hours. The competent authority may allow exceptions if the bidders are given sufficient opportunity to assess the auctioned item in another way.
The alternative opportunity for the bidders to assess the auctioned property may be provided by making available a catalog documenting the auctioned property.
Who should I contact?
Responsibility lies with the district, the independent city, the large independent city and the independent municipality in whose area of responsibility the event is located.
This procedure can also be handled by a "single point of contact". The "Single Point of Contact" is a special service offered by the municipalities and the state for service providers.
